It is the responsibility of any Elder to accept whatever punishment I choose for their actions. Falling into temptation is easy, but members of the Order do not indulge in self-pleasure. If they do, I'll have to cure their deviance, and the only way to cure their temptation is to let it all out. Their sacred undergarments are mine to remove, and their bodies belong to me, as their President. We are devoted to the brotherhood, and if they want to prove their submission, they're going to have to use every part of their bodies to show me how grateful they are for my forgiveness.
